This bulk solar salt is ideal for the ice control requirements of most Local and State public authorities and is approved by the Clear Roads consortium. The solar salt is white crystalline sodium chloride, harvested from brines from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Magnesium Chloride and YPS are added for the lowering of the freezing point and for anti-caking.
